RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
1. 首件样品尺寸测量及报告；测量程序编写及维护； *** article dimension inspection and reporting; Measurement program create and maintain.
2. 程序操作指导书的制作及培训；量测计划的创建与维护 Program WI establish and training，measurement plan create and maintain
3. 量测系统分析及制程能力分析测量； Dimension inspection for GR&R and initial capability study;
4. 工作过程中发现任何异常或潜在问题需及时反馈AQP/MQA工程师。 To highlight/feedback to AQP/MQA Engineers any potential problems that they observed during the daily work.
5. 跟进及协助AQP/ MQA工程师定义测量方法。 Follow or support AQP/MQA engineers to define measurement method.
6. 与AQP/ MQA 工程师确认测量数据以确保数据的准确性。 Double check measurement data with AQP/MQA engineer to insure data’s veracity & precision.
7. 协助AQP工程师完成新产品开发过程中的其它尺寸测量和测试工作。 Support AQP Engineer to do other dimension measuring or testing work for new products.
8. 参与培训，并对劳工道德中的不当行为进行积极汇报。 Participate in trainings, and actively reporting L&E misconduct.
9. 维持工作区域的7S。 Maintains good 7S in work area.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. 中专及以上学历,模具、机械专业 Graduate from technical secondary school or equivalent. Major in Mold, mechanical or equivalent.
2. 具有良好的机械制图识图能力和理解形位公差； Blue print reading, GD&T knowledge
3. 1-2年尺寸测量相关工作经验； 1-2years dimension measurement experience;
4. 能够使用工具显微镜或是QV /OGP /CMM等测量设备； Can use Tooling microscope, QV, OGP or CMM;
5. 了解品质原则和品质工具的基本知识（例如：CPK, SPC, GR&R 等） Basic understanding of quality principles and tools (e.g., CPK, SPC, GR&R etc)
6. 熟练使用Excel, Outlook 等办公软件； Proficiency with MS Excel and Outlook, etc
7. 良好的沟通能力； Good communication skill;
8. 有效表述信息并对来自各方的疑问做出反馈； Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from engineers, managers;
9. 数据收集及简单分析技巧。 Ability of data collection and basic analysis skill.
