Mission To meet sales target by implementation of sales activities in the assigned region. 通过制定和执行个人销售行动计划,完成负责区域的销售指标。 Job description -Be responsible for compressed air dryers and other related air treatment equipment sales, focus on compressor room aftermarket business provide product sales support to customers/distributors in assigned region; 负责地区压缩空气干燥机及其它后处理设备的销售工作,关注空压站售后业务,为客户提供产品销售服务; -Customer development, product promotion. Continuously develop market share from Customer’s satisfaction improvement and CTS product development; 销售区域客户开发,产品推广。通过客户满意度管理和CTS产品开发管理,不断提高区域的市场份额; -Key account customers sales follow up and customer satisfaction management; 区域重点客户销售跟踪和客户满意度管理; -To define products sales plan and achieve sales target in the assigned area; 销售区域内产品推广计划的制定及完成; - Systematically make visit plan and implement visit effectively, follow up customer consumables request and ER upgrading project - 系统性的制定拜访计划和拜访有效实施,跟踪客户的耗材需求及节能改造项目 -To provide timely and accurate sales report to reporting manager, including market information, sales analysis and feedback etc; 及时、准确地提供销售报告,包括区域市场情况,销售分析及反馈等; -Responsible for account receivables in compliance with company credit policy; 根据公司信控政策,控制个人应收帐款 - Follow the SHEQ Policy of company and customer site; 遵守公司和相关方的安全质量要求; -Other tasks assigned by department manager. 完成部门经理安排的其它工作事项。 Experience requirements -More than 2 years experience in machinery sales. 2年左右机械相关销售经验,有空压机或干燥机销售经验者优先 -Air compressor or air dryer’s sales experience would be a plus. 压缩空气干燥设备相关领域优先。 Knowledge/Educational requirements -College or above, majored in mechanical engineering or equivalent 大专或以上学历,机械工程或相关专业 -Excellent communication skills and customer oriented 良好的沟通技能,以客户为导向 -Good computer skill 良好的电脑操作技能 -Willing to travel 愿意出差 Personality requirements -Interpersonal skill良好的人际交往能力 -Customer focus关注客户 -Planning & organizing良好的计划和组织能力 -Self-learning自我学习能力
