Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1 To manage projects to make them go brilliantly and successfully; 2 Be responsible of project P&L by taking necessary cost control measures to meet the budget; 3 To manage projects to make them good quality and security by providing a scientific schedule under excellent KPI; 4 To communicate regularly with the customer to manage client expectations by acting as a bridge between the customer and team members; 5 To manage subcontractors to make them perform well to deliver a good project; 6 To closely work with other working functions to do good project forecast and manpower planning with an aim of an accurate cost report; 7 To review billing and cost the customer to maintain the targeted gross margin for the contract; 8 To identify management talents and manage relevant leaders and supervisors on site of the projects as a mandatory task; 9 To participate regularly performance review of team members and evaluate the rewards of progress and discipline based on their performance. 10 To manage the projects by reasonably approval of time sheet & expense & procurement 11 To manage and upgrade all issues in professional manner and works with team members and the customer to get good solutions. General: 1 To participate all internal meetings and meetings with the customer in daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly manner; 2 To prepare relevant indicators,etc; 3 To manage and work with a spirit of teamwork; 4 To build a strong teamworking environment; 5 To have good communication skills and be able to work under pressure; 6 To be willing to travel frequently at the customers' even on a short notice. Qualifications: 1 Strong analytical ability with a critical thinking and problem-solving skills required 2 Experiences with planning tools, business intelligence tools & business analytics software.Good grasp a variety of technology tools and applications to support daily work including Rapid Response. 3 Advanced experiences with Microsoft Office applications, Excel and PowerPoint. 4 Strong interpersonal skills and abilities to work collaboratively with co-workers, related internal functions, external partners, and on project teams. 5 Professional oral and written communication skills, including presenting data and analysis clearly to management. 6 Abilities to work with all levels and functions within the Company, and with external business partners. 7 Working abilities to meets deadlines under pressure with limited supervision. 8 Good organizational skills and much attention to details
