职位福利:五险一金、绩效奖金、餐补、补充医疗保险、定期体检、带薪年假 岗位职责: - Execute existing installation maintenance, repair and call back to meet maintenance requirements; 执行在用梯服务(包括保养、修理、回召处理等),达到公司管理要求; - Improve working efficiency and reduce labor cost; 持续提高劳动生产率,减少劳动成本; - Study and improve technical skills actively to meet Schindler business development needs; 主动学习,努力提升自我带位技能,迎合公司的业务发展需求; - Gather customers’ needs and requests, provide active solutions and improve customer satisfaction; 收集和反馈客户的需求和期望,并积极响应,提高客户满意度; - Record and fill in Service Report, keep the report completely as Schindler required; 记录和填写服务情况报告,保存完整,满足公司要求; - Assist to apply and collect due amount to reduce AR; 帮助申请与收回到期款项, 减少客户欠款; - Provide accurate worked hours and call back report timely according to relevant standards; 及时,准确的回报工时和回召,满足工时和回召上传标准; - Finish other tasks assigned by supervisor; 完成上级临时安排的其他任务; - Comply with all applicable safety rules and work instructions during work, promptly report all accidents, Safety incidents and unsafe conditions. - 在工作中严格遵守公司的安全操作程序,积极上报险肇事故; - Collect and disposal of hazardous waste according the related legal and corporate requirements. 按照法律及公司的要求收集处理危险废弃物。 岗位要求: - High school or technical secondary school degree or above. 高中或职业中专学历。 - Familiar with Schindler products, at least one year experience in installation or maintenance. 熟悉公司产品,至少1年安装/保养方面的工作经验。
