◇ To manage and lead a group of Engineers and Technicians to conduct process optimization studies; determine process capabilities for meeting customer requirements.
◇ Establish and review "Standard Operating Procedure" (SOP) and "Work Instruction"
◇ (WI) to ensure the technical accuracy of repeatability and stability.
◇ Ensure projects achieve the cost and quality requirements to the agreed schedule.
◇ Provide support and solutions on technical issues
◇ Facilitate continuous improvement through QIT programs to optimize equipment utilization and cost of maintenance
◇ Perform appraisals and map career path for subordinates
◇ Supervise and provide training, guidance to Engineers and Technicians to achieve maximum performance effectiveness
◇ Perform audit and ensure engineering activities comply with local government requirements.
