Responsibilities: 61 Build and maintain relationships with clients, winning work proactively and contributing to winning new clients; 61 Shape and articulate solutions to complex technical problems working with stakeholders from EY, client and tax authority stakeholders; 61 High level management of the successful delivery of technically complex and demanding consulting projects, ensuring technical excellence and practical / business driven approach taken; 61 Able to identify and manage areas of risk for clients and the firm, consulting appropriately; 61 Responsibility for day-to-day delivery of exceptional client service;
Requirements: 61 Minimum of 3 years work experience in transfer pricing and related areas (including in-house work experience) 61 A bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably with an advanced degree in economics, law, tax or accounting; 61 Strong transfer pricing technical skills with experience in all areas; 61 Strategically and commercially aware and committed to delivery of exceptional client service; 61 Negotiation skills - able to sustain opinion and handle challenges; 61 Effective time management - ability to remain calm when under pressure to meet deadlines; 61 Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese; 61 Enthusiastic team player with ability to create, sustain and lead effective teams; 61 Experience of coaching and developing more junior staff; 61 Ensure delivery of quality work and take day to day leadership of delivery team; 61 Change-orientated with flexible approach.
