Responsibilities: 1. Lead & optimize Zone daily operation work to reach Operational Excellence 2. Co-work closely with different functions such as Sales, Technical, Delivery etc. to Drive Productivity and Enable Business Performance 3. Excel in Customer Experience, measure the impact delivered to our customers 4. Proactivity drive process and policy change to align with the company requirements and government regulations 5. Control and ensure the operation Compliance 6. Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Management Policy and EHS Policy 7. Drive/Execute Winning & Transparent Culture, advocate integrity, accountability within the team 8. Be responsible for FE competence development 9. Be accountable for talent development and team inspiration
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree and 10+ years’ work experience (healthcare working experience is preferred) 2. At least 5 years of leadership experience is preferred 3. Ability to develop and execute multiple priorities and approaches to meet objectives 4. Strong collaborative attitude and communication skill 5. Leading people well 6. Excellent written and oral English skill 7. Open-minded and proactive
