Job Description:
1) Work closely with production and engineering departments to explore and build production and operation indicators, operational strategies, business data structures, material and order logic, etc. for future factories, driving management change and business growth.
2) Based on the MOS operating system and Fusion digital framework, optimize and standardize various activities and processes around the SQDCP business module to achieve digital management and closed-loop management.
3) Participate in or lead the development and iteration of digital tools, improve management efficiency and decision-making quality through data, and promote the intelligent development of company.
4) Provide support, assistance and mentoring to improvement projects, sharing expertise to ensure successful project implementation.
5) Support the exploration of factory value streams and lean operating models.
6) Accumulate experience in digital capabilities and management transformation, participate in experience sharing and technical support across teams, departments, and factories.
