1. Review financial statements and other information provided by the client for purposes of preparing US partnership and corporation income tax returns; 2. Prepare workpapers and other materials to support the calculation of taxable income of US partnerships and corporations based on the financial information provided by the client; 3. Prepare US tax returns and information disclosure forms in accordance with the provisions of the US tax law; 4. Update the tax forms and working papers according to the instructions and comments from the supervisors to ensure that the deliverables comply with the guidelines of the DC; 5. Gain familiarity and use of various technology platforms and automation processes to support the above workflows; 6. Actively participate in teamwork, follow SDC's work guidelines and quality standards, and provide a positive work environment to demonstrate team spirit.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting, finance, economics, and business, or 1-2 years’ work experience in similar positions is preferred; 2. Overseas study background, passing all or part of AICPA/ACCA/CFA exams is preferred; 3. Proficiency in written and oral Chinese and English. CET-6 or equivalent grade of TOEFL, IELTS to CET-6; 4. Familiar with the US tax system and US tax filing, or having work experience in accounting firms or other financial or consulting firms is preferred; 5. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, and general comfort and open-mindedness to using and applying technology to everyday work; 6. Work diligently under time pressure can work overtime according to business needs; 7. As one of the team members, actively commit to teamwork, understand the specific content of team roles, and co-create a positive and optimistic working environment by establishing a good team spirit; Be proactive in seeking guidance, confirmation, and feedback from superiors or other team members on performance.
