Key responsibilities:
主要职责：

1、根据客户订单或交付需求，贯彻SQDCP原则，负责分析产能，提出人员、设备、物料需求计划；实时跟进计划执行情况；根据进度调整计划，或采取拯救计划来满足客户要求或交付需求。
According to customer orders or forecasts, implementing the SQDCP principle, responsible for analyzing production capacity, proposing plans for personnel, equipment and material requirements; real-time follow-up of plan implementation; adjusting plans according to schedule, or taking rescue plans to meet customer or delivery needs.

2、参加订单评审，识别交付风险，提出物料需求计划，并跟踪计划执行情况。
Participate in order reviews, identify delivery risks, propose material requirement plans, and track plan execution.

3、按照客户订单和预测，编制生产计划；根据进度调整计划，或采取拯救计划来满足客户要求或交付需求。
Prepare production plans in accordance with customer orders and forecasts; adjust plans according to schedule or take rescue plans to meet customer or delivery needs.

4、制定滚动8周主计划，锁定两周生产计划以更好地进行物料计划或为客户提供***交货日期。
Develop a rolling 8 weeks major plan, fix two weeks production plan for better material planning or provide best delivery date to customer.

5、参加每月公司销售/生产会议，提供计划相关数据供领导参考。
Attend monthly company sales/production meetings and provide plan-related data for leaders' reference.

6、每周召集生产进度会议，协调物料、质量、技术问题。
Hold weekly production progress meetings to coordinate material, quality, and technical issues.

7、跟踪客户特殊需求和发运。
Follow up on customer’s special requirements or shipment.

8、 库存控制，保证产品相关物料维持安全库存。
Control inventory to ensure safe inventory of product-related materials.

9、运行ERP系统，确保数据录入精准；监督生产现场系统录入，确保数据录入及时、准确。
Run the ERP system to ensure accurate data entry; supervise the system entry of the shop floor to ensure that the data entry is timely and accurate.

10、收集整理外部原材料、外协处理的交付时间。
Collect the delivery time of external raw materials and outsource processing.

11、 负责与加德纳总部和其它工厂就交付进行沟通和经验分享。
Communicate with Gardner UK and other sites about delivery.

12、参与过程改进项目，如加工时间优化、质量提升、成本节约等。
Participate process improvement project, such as reduction of operation time, quality improvement, cost saving, etc.

Core skills/attributes needed:
职位要求：
1、理工相关专业，大专及以上学历。
College degree or above, major in science and engineering.

2、至少3年以上工作经验，航空航天行业或汽车行业优先。
At least 3 years of working experience, preferably in aerospace or automobile industry.

3、拥有使用ERP/SAP经验，Excel、Word、PPT、Project等Office软件熟练。
Experience in using ERP/SAP and proficiency in Office (e.g., Excel, Word, PPT, Project).

4、良好的沟通技能和时间管理技能。
Good communication and time management skills.

5、有项目管理经验优先。
Experience in project management is preferred.

6、英语书面沟通能力。
the ability of written English.

7、有上进心、工作积极认真、有较强的质量意识，能够通过跨部门合作按期完成工作任务。
