MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Formulate and execute HR strategy in region and retail stores 2. Work closely with TA team to ensure right talents in right position 3. Work closely with business leaders in the region to provide total talent solutions in02support of people development 4. Build strong talent pipeline through talent review to strengthen the talent bench 5. Improve the team engagement level based on annual engagement survy and drive the culture that fit for the needs 6. Support to facilitate the annual performance management process to drive the high performing culture 7. Support other key HR processes or projects
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATION: 1. Bachelor Degree with MNC experience, 6-8 years HRBP experience, retail industry is a plus 2. Demonstrate strategic thinking while wiling to take on hands-on work 3. Proactively play as a problem solver with strong ownership and can-do attitude 4. Be able to influence and coach the key business stakeholders
