The Sales Engineer plays a key role in developing and executing sales and market strategies to grow Watts business in valve products in Chengdu.
Job Description Global:
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: * Establish sales strategy of for valve business in China West, aligned with the regional strategies. * Building sales infrastructure to enhance sales effectiveness and ensure long-term sales growth. * Ensure the steady growth of the business by increasing sales and market share both in existing and new markets. * Keep close and effective relationship with key opinion leaders and customers. * Achieve and exceed the sales target set by the management for China West. * Work with planning, product management and engineering team closely for Watts products.
EDUCATION: * Bachelor degree on mechanical, commercial, electric or engineering background.
MANAGEMENT: * None
QUALIFICATIONS: * Minimum 3 years’ commercial experience in sales & market development in HVAC industry. Proved experience in a multi-national company with outstanding capability to deliver results within a highly competitive environment. * Embodies the highest standards in terms of work ethics and integrity. * Excellent analytical, written and communication skills; articulate and persuasive; able to influence others through sound business judgment and common sense.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: * Work in office environment * May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting. * A maximum of 20% travels.
