Mission: Drive client retention and advocacy by designing a global vision to deliver a unique and memorable Florentia Village experience to both existing and new FV HNWI Members, through the design, execution and monitoring of client touch-point initiatives. Performance will be measured in both Sales and Customer Engagement KPIs. Responsibilities - Identify and implement new traffic-driving opportunities with both traditional and online travel platforms, tourism bureaus, and exhibitions - Creatively and proactively identify opportunities to drive new members and customers through various campaigns with different partners including Banks, Hotels, Airlines, Auto companies, and lifestyle Apps - Plan and execute tourism/partner events in FV, such as co-op with the tourism bureau for a tourism expo to build up FV as both a travel and shopping destination - Identify and deliver opportunities to raise awareness of the Florentia Villages through partner communications. - Deliver a high-quality account management plan for identified partnerships which will include all sectors of the online and offline communications. - Identify cobranding opportunities with targeted partners to drive sizeable and sustaining footfall. - Develop new partners with innovative approaches or products to expand partnership categories. - Assist in maintaining a strong team performance, by regularly reviewing KPIs and goals against performance and realigning strategies according to results. - Report ROI on partnerships to relevant internal parties and stakeholders, with detailed reporting and regular communications. Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s and above degree, proven travel industry knowledge, and experience above 5 years within the sales/BD or other BD-focusing commercial roles - Proven track record of developing new business relationships and securing existing relationships - Excellent internal and external communication & negotiation skills - Excellent experience and capabilities in project management - Outstanding organizing and integration skills and ability to juggle multiple projects - Has a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment - Good communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English - National or global business experience is preferred - Willingness to travel when required
