Job Responsibilities:(Good English Communication is a Must)
1. Lead the operation and maintenance team, plan and formulate operation and maintenance standards, continuously improve and optimize operation and maintenance, and promote IT operation and maintenance automation;
2. Be responsible for the planning, implementation and operation and maintenance of the IT infrastructure of the entire group, and monitor and analyze, and continuously optimize to ensure stable, safe and efficient operation;
3. Be responsible for the management and maintenance of server systems, network systems, storage systems, backup systems, monitoring systems, etc., conduct continuous monitoring and analysis, and improve system performance; ensure the security, reliability and availability of the company's systems, and meet the corresponding technical indicators;
4. Be responsible for the network interconnection between the headquarters and various branches Connect management and operation and maintenance to ensure the stability, security, reliability and efficiency of the network between the headquarters and branches;
5. Responsible for the implementation of the information security system, information security policy management, optimization and operation and maintenance;
6. Independently diagnose and troubleshoot all desktop system usage and faults, and provide technical assistance and support as an expert on desktop issues;
7. Implement the company's IT strategies, systems and standards at work to ensure that the specifications and security of systems and information meet relevant indicators and requirements;
8. Information document management and maintenance within the scope of responsibilities;
9. Prepare and submit daily, monthly, quarterly and annual maintenance reports.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of relevant work experience, more than 2 years of equivalent management experience, experience in managing IT work in multiple branches, able to guide and lead branch IT personnel;
2. Familiar with multi-operator line communications, able to plan, improve, and optimize networks and infrastructure;
3. Proficient in terminal maintenance skills, familiar with the IT architecture and infrastructure of the manufacturing industry, with comprehensive knowledge in the IT field, familiar with IT infrastructure, and priority is given to those who have work experience in manufacturing companies;
4. Familiar with mainstream network products such as AWS, GCP, Azure and mainstream servers and storage products such as DELL and HP, and able to independently complete related work according to needs;
5. Proficient in Windows Server, linux, CentOS and other mainstream server systems, proficient in including but not limited to: AD, DHCP, DFS, FTP, IIS, Radius, NLB, VPN, Cluster, etc., familiar with common open source software technology is preferred;
6. Proficient in server virtualization technology, virtual desktop VDI, familiar with the practice of security policies such as anti-virus, patch push, group policy, ACL, etc.;
7. Have rich experience in office network security management, including but not limited to security domain division, security access, terminal security management, traffic analysis and other directions;
8. Those with Microsoft MCSE and Amazon AWS certificates are preferred.
9. Have the experience of formulating and executing IT operation and maintenance related systems and operation manuals and the ability to write standardized demand documents
