The VOS Engineer through the review of the project specification, VOS order data input, will develop VOS/Valve Mounting KIT (VMK), Drawings and BOM.
Job Summary:
The VOS/VMK Engineer responsibilities are related to the management and execution of ETO VOS produced in Lugagnano plant, meeting the target dates and ensuring a high output quality.
Main output of the engineering activities are VOS bill of materials, technical and manufacturing drawings, operating diagram, calculations and proper evaluations needed to manufacture and assemble the relevant accessories and control systems of the actuator, according to customer technical specifications and/or sales/engineering division inputs.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Design of new Control System and relevant operating diagram (hook up), following best engineering practices, applicable regulations and standards and keeping into consideration manufacturing feasibility and safety aspects - Design of mounting hardware for control system components (positioner, LSB, solenoids etc...) - Design or verification of the mounting hardware to the valve(阀), including mounting flanges + bushings or spool pieces + coupling joints in accordance to the valve/actuator std interfaces and constraints. - Release of technical documentation requested by project VDRL (Vendor Document Required List) such as bill of materials, assembly drawings, manufacturing drawings, calculations, … - Release technical documentation, such as VOS GAD (2D + 3D) and IOM - Be available to support the manufacturing at any stage, with design revisions and/or instructions as necessary - Be available to support PSQ or inside sales team during the VOS quotation work, when necessary, provide recommendations for selection and technical definition of VOS components based on technical requirements like functionality, stroking time, materials suitable for the application, customer specifications, applicable regulations and standards - Analysis and support, in case of change orders (i.e. orientation, stroking time etc.) 阀,执行机构

For This Role, You Will Need: - Secondary School Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent - Good knowledge of Office Suite in particular Excel - Proficient English level - Able to fully understand and develop a technical drawing - Good knowledge in sizing and selection for mechanical components - Pneumatics and hydraulic application knowledge - Good knowledge of 3D CAD - Knowledge of AutoCAD - Occupational Health and Safety Acumen.
