Drive continuous improvement in retail productivity and brand image through various campaigns and initiatives; Work close with VM and Brand Marketing team to ensure superior, consistent adidas Brand, OFS image and environment setup, and a well-managed Customer Relationship.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure that the Originals Flagship Store activation program comes to life each season in line with the product and brand stories – includes in-store communication, events, etc. Create social media content relevant and in line to the adidas brand, local key city strategy and the Originals Flagship Stores. Drive the elements of community connectivity within the Key City store by networking with local Running, Training and Streetwear communities and establishing relationships with key consumers and influencers. Organize and host events both in- and out-of store. Be a knowledge expert on both the sports and streetwear scene and the adidas brand (past, present and future), and develop methods to share this knowledge with the other Concept store staff. Serve as a cultural/sports beacon within the OFS; this roll will not have a direct focus on selling product. Engage and inspire the OFS staffs, consumers and community on the adidas brand. Work in close collaboration with brand marketing and sports marketing.

Local Brand and Retail Marketing for support in delivering OFS marketing and activation initiatives. Key City Activation for support the key city strategy and activation initiatives. Local Trend Marketing for connecting to the locally relevant sports and fashion influencers. Local Visual Merchandising for activation layout and merchandising. Local marketing agencies and vendors for various events and activations. OFS Manager and other Concept Store staff. Consumers.
KNOWLEDGES,SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Have self-motivation and passion on social media operation,like “XHS”. Creative and innovative for adidas Originals. Fashionable orientation. Ability to drive activation calendar and run community events. Commercial orientation on activation and social media. Good copywriter using the target consumer’s tone of voice. Part of the city07s fashion community. Connected with a large and relevant contact book of influencers. Knowledge expert about the sports community, adidas brand and the respective flagship city. Passion for Fashion, Lifestyle, Sports and the adidas brand and enthusiasm/energy for activation. Ideas focused, complemented with organizational and project management skills. Fluent in local language and proficient English. Knowledgeable in MS Office, good command at PowerPoint.
INDUSTRY: Preferably in retail/apparel industry
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
University degree in marketing and sales or equivalent professional experience. Minimum 3 years of retail and/or retail marketing experience. In-store retail experience is a plus. Experience of relevant PR / marketing / events is an advantage.
