61 Prepare annual capital, cash flow and sales and marketing plans to accurately forecast budgets and achieve required operating results;
通过年度资金、现金流及市场营销计划准备精确的预算,取得预期的运营目标;
61 Analyse financials to drive revenues, future profitability, and maximum return on investment. Use distribution channels and technology platforms to drive revenue and maximise market share;
分析财务状况以提升营收和未来赢利能力,达到***投资回报率。通过各个分销渠道和技术平台,提升营收,扩大市场份额;
61 Lead capital plans and asset management initiatives, including working with owner to maintain or improve property’s market position;
主管资金计划与资产管理工作,包括同酒店业主协作,保持及提高酒店的市场地位;
61 Demonstrate brand citizenship by maintaining compliance with all required brand standards,
behaviours;
保证遵守所有品牌标准与品牌标杆、行为要求;
61 Drive improvement in guest satisfaction goals. Collaborate with colleagues and hotel team members to establish and implement services and programmes that meet or exceed guest expectations;
推动宾客满意度不断提高。与同事和酒店团队一起建立并执行各种计划,推广各种服务,满足及超越宾客的期望;
61 Make time to interact with guests, solicit feedback and build relationships;
不定期与宾客进行互动,获取反馈并建立良好的关系;
61 Develop, implement and monitor team member succession planning to ensure future bench strength. Establish performance and development goals for managerial team members and provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to enhance performance;
制定、执行并监管接班人计划,为酒店培养人才精英队伍。为管理团队成员设定工作绩效与发展目标,为他们提供教导与辅导,定期给予反馈,提升员工绩效;
61 Oversee any salary, disciplinary or staffing/human resources related actions in accordance with
with laws and regulations and company rules and policies;
监督确保员工薪资、工作规程及所有与人力资源问题相关的行动符合法律、法规和公司的相关规定和政策;
61 Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, team members and hotel assets in compliance with hotel’s or owner’s policies and procedures and regulatory requirements;
确保酒店宾客、员工和酒店资产的安全,遵守酒店或业主的政策与流程以及相应法规要求;
61 Maintain relations with outside contacts;
负责酒店的对外联系;
61 Act as public relations representative to raise awareness of hotel and brand in local community;
担任公关代表,在本地提升酒店和品牌知名度;
61 Drive team member involvement in community organisations, activities and businesses;
鼓励团队成员参与社区组织与活动,开发本地业务;
61 Develop and carry out action plans to be environmentally conscious by taking steps to reduce the hotel’s carbon footprint;
开发并执行各种行动计划,提高环保意识,逐步减少酒店排碳量;
61 May be responsible for the security of the hotel, ensuring that theft, crime and other risks are minimized;
可能需对酒店的安全负责,确保将偷窃、犯罪和其它风险降至最低;
61 Perform other duties as assigned. May also serve as manager on duty.
完成其它分配的任务。可能需要担任值班经理。
