销售岗的要求和责任
You're a sales professional. This person would have sales experience with a proven ability to continually grow the business base through regular contact with key accounts and prospects. You will see the value in a commission based role with an uncapped income potential. You are a highly motivated, team-oriented individual dedicated to producing quality work in order to maintain and grow relationships with top-tier clients.
Responsibilities:
Achieve sales goals
Identify leads and potential new customers
Build strong, long-term relationships with customers
Collaborate with our local and international sales team to develop new business opportunities
Ensure a high level of customer service and resolve issues promptly
Execute channel and account promotions/programs that leverage national/regional sales strategies
Proactively manage time and territory to achieve optimal face-to-face sales opportunities
Develop a customized business plan that addresses the critical needs of the customer(s)
Manage the marketing calendar for our marketing events and webinars
Work with our marketing coordinator and social media designers to ensure all marketing materials are ready to go
Post important information and take the initiative to announce important information on our social media channels
Coordinate with our marketing team on social media posts, email blasts, and other marketing activities
Develop new product samples and giveaways as needed for local events
Manage inventory of samples and products we send to local events
Collaborate with our B2B recruiting partners during training events and webinars, planning events
Report to management on challenges and successes against defined business KPIs
Present a professional image through effective verbal and written communication
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to analyze data and advise on potential new opportunities
Coordinate logistics schedules with our partners
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven ability to focus on target accounts, work through customer emails, and be professional and enthusiastic once a prospect is on email
Excellent ability to engage prospects, ask qualifying questions and book sales qualified leads.
Previous experience working with longer sales cycles. A patient hunter who knows where to focus time with an excellent understanding of how to create opportunity follow-ups 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months out; being there to close when the opportunity is right.Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience prior sales experience strongly preferred an ability to communicate, at an executive level
Make prospecting an integral part of your regular routine, ensuring that targeted, qualified new prospects are continuously added to the sales funnel
Ability to work independently and with management to identify and build relationships with top contacts at target companies
Communicate insights on sales and salesperson performance, including forecast and pipeline trends. Maintain client email list.
Consistent track record of setting and achieving goals
Professional sales techniques such as solution selling, probing questions, creating value-based relationships focused on win/win scenarios
Perform all direct sales functions in a business-to-business, customer-facing environment
Drive customer satisfaction through solution-based relationships
This role will need to be highly proficient in lead generation and the qualification of potential customers in the enterprise vertical.
Build and manage a quantifiable 12-month sales pipeline
A strong desire to win, achieve goals and be rewarded based on result2+ years of experience in a business-to-business sales role; with an affinity to technology would be an asset.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, quantitative, writing and communication skills.
