Responsibilities: 1. Lead portfolio management, competitive landscape, positioning, brand management. Train Sales on the portfolio, applications and drive competitive strategies. 2. Own price, cost, GP% for the product families. Introduce and manage price lists and multiplying factors. Rationalize transfer price factors from factories located within Asia Pacific region and in other world areas. 3. Track portfolio performance for key factors for Year on Year (YoY) improvement. 4. Guide Sales on GP% projection based on target price and cost. 5. Track Market sizing and participation. Identify product gaps to drive New Product Development (NPD) and Product Modification opportunities. Develop Market Requirement Specification (MRS) for NPD projects. 6. Provide marketing support to regionalization projects. 7. Develop product strategies, including recommending synergy candidates for acquisition/ partnership. 8. Develop and manage sales tools, collaterals – bulletins, application guides, animation, etc. 9. Drive product marketing programs, customer engagement campaigns and marcom directions. 10. Represent Pressure Management in relevant Automation Solutions strategies and pursuits. Knowledge and Skills : 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required, advanced degree in Marketing or Business preferred 2.Minimum 6 years’ relevant work experience, including at least 3 years of working in Natural Gas Network industry. Experience of business/ strategy development preferred. 3. Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills 4. Solid interpersonal skills 5. Self-driven/ self-starter, and able to take new ideas from concept to implementation 6. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel 7. Ability to travel throughout China region 30% of the time
