1. Receive and follow-up vendor booking for both of CY & CFS shipment,based on customer SOP requirement, manage customer Purchase Order, cargo delivery(to terminal/warehouse), vessel schedule planning, carrier booking processes etc., and also handle related exceptions.
2. Responsible for reporting generation and data handling (collection, consolidation, analysis etc.,), and timely provide to internal team or customer.
3. Responsible for promoting company value added service to customer, including but not limited to trucking service, CHB service and booking service etc.,
4. Professionally & timely respond to customer’s requests and inquiries through telephone, email etc.
5. Be familiar with export operation and daily business KPIs, always look for improvement opportunities to meet/exceed the performance targets.
