You are best equipped for this task if you have: 61Manage the quality related customer complaints with fast response. 61Manage the critical issues that customer focuses. 61Manage and coordinate for customer audit / quality visit. 61Build and maintain good relationship with customer interfaces in GC. 61Support the quality improvement activity with customers. 61Manage customer quality satisfaction. 职位要求: In your new role you will: 61Bachelor degree or above in electronic, microelectronics, or related engineering. 6110+ years’ working experience in semiconductor or related industry, and 5+ years’ experience customer quality role handling big account. 61Professional knowledge of quality systems, methods, procedures and tools (e.g. risk management, FMEA, 8D, 5why, etc.). 61Solid knowledge and rich experiences of semiconductor processes including Front End, Back End and Test). 61It is required to have good problem solving skills and good inter personal skills. 61Self-motivated and ability to work independently and under high stress. 61Good spoken / written English is a must. 61Quality audit experience is preferred. 61Know-how on the Si-Mic product is preferred.
