Your Job 1. Deployment and support of global supply chain business systems applications. 2. Add value to global supply chain team with strategic and tactical responsibilities to leverage new technology, improve systems utilization, support compliance, reduce procurement costs, and improve process efficiencies in our supply chain business systems.
What You Will Do 1. Participate Business system implementation & adoption. Responsibilities often come in the areas of Projects, Enhancements, Issue Resolution efforts. Provide on-going support, we utilize Service Now for support tickets. 2. Support testing and problem shooting. 3. Support Business system release management (application upgrades / enhancement for new functionality). 4. Work out leading practices. 5. Knowledge sharing (internal vs external) - develop and deliver end-user training materials and training. 6. Provide strategic design and “hands-on” efforts for continuous improvement and support of our System Application. 7. Communicate with colleagues, management and business unit(s) concerning requirements, project status and issues with good interpersonal, analytical, presentation, written and communication skills. 8. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) 1. Integrity, aligned to Principle Based Management. 2. Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent related work experience. 3. SRM/Supplier Portal implementation experience in a large scale multi-national ERP system. 4. 3+ years’ business analyst experience interfacing with business functional areas. 5. Very familiar with SAP Procurement Processes and global procurement business user stories. 6. Integrity, aligned to Principle Based Management. 7. Knowledge of SAP Solutions / Coupa. 8. Comprehensive knowledge of the procurement business processes such as purchasing, sourcing, contracts, invoice processing and supplier master data. 9. Ability to grasp business problems, set goals, objectives, and provide solutions. 10. Strong organizational, project management and planning skills. 11. Great interpersonal skills to work effectively with different teams within the organization to achieve common goals and respond positively to situations. 12. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for clear and concise communications.
What Will Put You Ahead 1. SAP, SAP Business Network Supplier Portal, Coupa or SAP Ariba Procurement applications (ex. Collaborative Sourcing), Procurement, Supply Chain experience, Master Data support experience. 2. 3+ years’ work experience of proven project management skills. 3. Experience with master data to SAP modules (ex SRM, BI). 4. Global Supply Chain and Procurement experience 5. Experience with SAP application, SAP Business Network Supplier Portal, Ariba, or Coupa upgrades including support and enhancement packages 6. Proven project management skills that demonstrate the ability to complete assignments in a systematic and timely basis
