RESPONSABILITIES: To have basic knowledge on the food / beverage / service provided by Café Dior Follow all Café Dior service standards Insure the smoothness of service with on-time setup Ensure restaurant mise en place and setup with standards Convey a positive image of the restaurant through professionalism and good attitude Relay information to direct supervisor Ensure general maintenance of working area and restaurant Ensure that all materials, equipment and furnitures are properly used and regularly cleaned Ensure that restaurant standards and policies are explained to hostesses and are correctly applied Lead and supervise a team of hostesses-operators Generate revenue by excelling in reservation's control Manage restaurant daily reservations Arrange floor plan and maximize room capacity Optimize the guests flux and command the service tempo Ensure good communication and relation with guests Ensure good and smooth internal communication Handle large group bookings and events Maintain guest's database Handle guest special demands and complains

REQUIREMENTS: 2 Years commitment 2 months probation Be able to work for flexible hours Fluent English speaking and writing 1 year experience at same position in western restaurant Graduated in Hospitality industry Microsoft Outlook/Excel/Word
