职位描述
RESPONSABILITIES:
To have basic knowledge on the food / beverage / service provided by Café Dior
Follow all Café Dior service standards
Insure the smoothness of service with on-time setup
Ensure restaurant mise en place and setup with standards
Convey a positive image of the restaurant through professionalism and good attitude
Relay information to direct supervisor
Ensure general maintenance of working area and restaurant
Ensure that all materials, equipment and furnitures are properly used and regularly cleaned
Ensure that restaurant standards and policies are explained to hostesses and are correctly applied
Lead and supervise a team of hostesses-operators
Generate revenue by excelling in reservation's control
Manage restaurant daily reservations
Arrange floor plan and maximize room capacity
Optimize the guests flux and command the service tempo
Ensure good communication and relation with guests
Ensure good and smooth internal communication
Handle large group bookings and events
Maintain guest's database
Handle guest special demands and complains

REQUIREMENTS:
2 Years commitment
2 months probation
Be able to work for flexible hours
Fluent English speaking and writing
1 year experience at same position in western restaurant
Graduated in Hospitality industry
Microsoft Outlook/Excel/Word

按照标准完成菜单、前台的卫生清洁
确保按照餐厅的标准完成准备工作
通过专业的良好的职业态度传达餐厅的正面形象
汇报相应信息给直接上级领导
正确地使用餐厅设施器械并保持清洁
确保所有的材料,器械和家具被合理的利用及定期清理
确保餐厅的政策及服务标准正确的传达给下属接待员
领导及监督前台接待员的日常工作
预定成本控制
管理餐厅每天的预定
合理安排餐厅的布局,空间利用率***化
优化客人预定数量,控制服务的节奏
确保与客人保持良好的沟通
确保与内部员工沟通的畅通性
处理团队和各种活动的预定
维护客户信息库
处理顾客特殊的需求和投诉
