RESPONSIBILITIES: To have complete knowledge on the food / beverage / service provided by Café Dior Handling and serve dishes carefully, respecting the chef set up Follow all Café Dior service standards Ensure that restaurant standards and policies are explained to staff, and are correctly applied Comply with company policy and channel of command Ensure to comply with legal and work ethics Monitor and ensure smooth operations of the service, bar, reservation Check restaurant mise en place and setup following standards at all time Relay management decisions and make sure they are applied Maintain consistency in quality of service Convey a positive image of the restaurant through professionalism and good attitude Check floor staff's attitude Relay information to management Observes staff individual performance, grooming, punctuality Ensure that all materials, equipment and furnitures are properly used and regularly cleaned Lead with an example and motivate subordinates Encourage employee engagement Train a high performing team Enforce staff motivation and team building Train, motivate and lead others Ensure general maintenance of restaurant and follow up on work order forms with Engineering department Ensure that all materials, equipment and furnitures are properly used and regularly cleaned Implement appropriate and effective measures to improve control of costs / expenses / labor Design training programs Participate in effective staff management: staff hiring / termination / transfers / overtime

Graduated in Hospitality industry Fluent English speaking spoken and written 2 years experience at same position in Western restaurant Good communication & Sales Skills Basic Computer skills: excel, word, ppt Must be a good trainer Good command of English and a good communicator
