Job Description
岗位职责：
1·Responsible for NDT inspectors training and qualification management.
负责NDT检验人员的培训及资格认证管理。
2.Responsible for ND specification identification, review and implementation.
负责NDT规范的识别、评审以及贯彻实施。
3. Responsible for development and review of procedure, work instruction and related process documents, make sure its compliance to applicable standards and customer specifications.
负责NDT 程序文件、作业指导书及相关工艺文件编制和审核, 确保符合相关标准及客户规范。
4. Responsible for NDT process Nadcap audit, customer audit and make sure the NDT process is conformable.
负责NDT过程Nadcap审核、客户审核，确保NDT工艺符合性。
5. Responsible for establishing and maintaining NDT Quality Management System.
负责建立和维护NDT管理体系。
6. Responsible for NDT project management, including equipment, personnel
qualification, inspection procedures, reports conformity confirmation.
负责NDT项目的管理，包括设备、人员资格、检验程序、报告等符合性确认。
7. Responsible for NDT process Nadcap audit，customer audit and make sure the NDT
process is conformable.
负责NDT过程Nadcap审核、客户审核，确保NDT工艺符合性。
8.Monitor and improving the workshop NDT process and responsible for NDT problem analysis, problem solving, working with QA to analysis the critical failure and provide guidance on corrective actions.
监督和提高车间NDT检验过程能力，负责无损检测问题的分析和解决, 与QA一起分析关键失效并提供纠正措施的指导。
9.Continuous improving NDT processes to support capability set up and capacity increase.
持续改进无损检测工艺，以支持能力建设和产能增加。
10.Work closely with other departments, complete other tasks arranged by the superiors.
与公司其他部门密切配合，完成上级领导安排的其它工作任务。
Qualifications
任职要求：
1.College degree or above, majoring in metal materials, mechanical engineering, NDT and welding are preferred.
大专及以上学历，金属材料、机械工程、无损检测、焊接专业优先。
2.At least 5 years working experience related to NDT Engineer, especially for X-ray, FPI.
至少5年无损检测工程师相关工作经验，特别是射线检测、荧光检测等。
3.Certifications according to NAS 410/ EN 4179, level 3 preferred RT, FPI.
取得NAS410 or EN4179认证，具备射线检测、荧光检测三级认证为佳。
4.A good understanding of ASTM E1742, ASTM E1417 specifications.
熟悉ASTM E1742,ASTM E1417 相关无损检验标准。
5.Understanding of AS9100 QMS and experience with Nadcap audit.
熟悉AS9100质量管理体系,有丰富的航空Nadcap审核经验。
6.Good oral and written English, fast learning ability, good teamwork spirit.
优秀的英语听说读写能力,学习能力强，良好的团队合作精神。
7.Good communication and coordination skills.
良好的沟通、协调能力。
8.Good sense of professional ethics, responsibility, work careful, steady, steadfast, patience, enthusiasm.
