What You Will Do 1. Take responsibility for vibration and mechanical shock testing. 2. Review test requests and conduct product vibration/shock tests according to standards/specifications. 3. Conduct general electrical tests such as LLCR, DWV, IR, and continuity tests. 4. Collaborate with customers to review test projects and confirm test requirements. Prepare necessary testing resources, including equipment, fixtures, and materials. 5. Develop, check, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs). 6. Create testing setups and schedules based on reviewed specifications. 7. Provide explanations and comments for any vibration testing failures. 8. Train technicians on machine operation and testing procedures. 9. Check test data, review test reports, and ensure the accuracy of test results. 10. Maintain and ensure good working condition of vibration equipment. 11. Participate in trainings, actively report L&E misconduct. 12. Support the ISO17025 lab quality management system. 13. Ensure strict compliance with company policies, rules, and regulations. 14. Maintain good housekeeping and safety in assigned workspace. 15. Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) 1. Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) from a recognized university or technical institute. 2. Min 3 years’ experience working in vibration testing. 3. Experience operating standard electrical/electronic test equipment. 4. Strong computer skills and knowledge of Windows/MS Office applications. 5. Basic English communication skills, reading and writing.
What Will Put You Ahead 1. Connector industry working experience. 2. Reliability lab working experience. 3. Understand USCAR-2, GWM3191, VW75174 standard. 4. Demonstrated knowledge of statistical analysis techniques. 5. Demonstrated knowledge of failure analysis.
