1.Act as the owner of our productivity targets (yield, test coverage, test time)
2.Be the interface to project management, design, quality, production and worldwide test locations
3.Define the proper test concepts together with test engineering and design teams
4.Review the test specification and test strategies
5.Drive the data analysis of characterization, qualification and early production data including reporting
6.Improve our data analysis capabilities and consolidate our data sources, drive for correlation
职位要求：
1.A degree in physics, electrical engineering or similar studies
2.At least 5 years of professional experience in R&D, ideally in semiconductor industry
3.Experience with statistical methods and data analysis tools like Cornerstone, JMP or R-based evaluation with Mat Lab
4.Understanding of semiconductor physics (technology related failures, process window lot definition, characterization strategy,
semiconductor stress models)
5.Experience with JAMA and Confluence are beneficial
6.Working proficiency in English language, German is a plus
