Key Responsibilities: 61 Manage and oversee the Asia Operations KPI MIS projects, ensuring alignment with global and regional objectives. 61 Drive continuous improvement of data operation processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. 61 Coordinate with stakeholders across global, Asia, and local markets to drive project execution, continuous improvement and process optimization. 61 Utilize advanced BI tools to monitor project status, changes, identify risks, and provide actionable insights for management. 61 Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk assessments, knowledge database. 61 Facilitate regular project meetings, ensuring clear communication and collaboration among all stakeholders. 61 Implement governance frameworks to ensure project compliance with organizational standards and best practices. 61 Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies. Qualifications: 61 Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, IT, or a related field. 61 Proven experience in large project management, within a PMO or similar environment. 61 Strong understanding of KPI MIS projects, continuous improvement methodologies, and process optimization techniques. 61 Proficiency in Microsoft Power platforms, or similar products. 61 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. 61 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. 61 Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. 61 Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin). Preferred Skills: 61 Experience working in a global or regional role, with exposure to different markets and cultures. 61 Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is a plus. 61 Knowledge of governance frameworks and best practices in project management.
