Responsibility:

61 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
61 Facilitate workshops and interviews to understand business needs and objectives.
61 Analyze the technical feasibility with the development teams, write user stories in JIRA.
61 Develop process flow diagrams and documentation to support process improvement initiatives.
61 Collaborate with solution architects and software engineers to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
61 Create and maintain all delivery documentation. Maintain and spread knowledge of the solutions being developed with the wider team. Arrange user training when relevant.
61 Ensure solutions developed are generic and reusable as possible. Leverage other streams deliveries.
61 Interact with both business and technical stakeholders to deliver high quality products and services that meet business requirements and expectations while applying the latest available tools and technology.
61 Cooperate with QA to interpret requirements and acceptance criteria into comprehensive test cases. Coordinate integration testing, maintain testing results and testing sign offs.
61 Identify delivery risk, come up with appropriate mitigation solution and monitor closely to ensure delivery on time.
61 Hand off of support documentation.

Job Requirements:

61 Good command in English communication (both written and spoken).
61 Good written and verbal communication skills.
61 Proficiency in requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design.
61 Has project management skills and experience with project management tools.
61 Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
61 Able to discuss and process technical information such as designs, dependencies in details.
61 Able to supplement and support SA, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Delivery managers in managing different aspects of the process, including requirement gathering, delivery management, lead sprint planning and review, etc.
61 Need a senior person, experience as tech lead/solution architect before is a plus.
61 Experience with Agile methodologies and tools is a plus.
61 Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools is a plus.
