Responsibilities: 1.Assist the branch in day-to-day communication and follow up with administrative tasks such as meeting, travel schedule and general enquiries of process and policy; 2.Assist the branch manager to monitor the outcome and KPI of sales team. Coordinate with training projects to improve the competencies of sale team. 3.Oversee onboarding and offboarding process on both branch and broker levels, including processing and reporting, to ensure all tasks are completed timely and accurately; 4.Make proactive phone calls to branch network to increase engagement level, such as welcome call, check-in call, trouble-shooting call and exit call; 5.Oversee lease agreement, move-in and move-out for the entire branch network; 6.Proactively communicate with branch managers to create safer, heathier work environment and consistent branding for branch network; 7.Manage milestone and celebration for brokers, branches and business partners to create an inclusive cultural environment for Award Mortgage. 工作职责: 1.协助海外分公司的日常沟通和跟进行政事务,如会议、差旅安排、流程和政策的一般查询; 2.协助海外分公司经理监督销售团队的业绩和KPI。协调培训项目,提高销售团队的能力; 3.监督海外分公司和员工的入职和离职流程,包括处理和报告,确保所有任务及时准确地完成; 4.主动致电分公司网络以提高参与度,如欢迎电话、登记电话、问题解决电话和离职电话; 5.管理海外分公司的租赁协议和合同等; 6.主动与分公司经理沟通,为业务团队创造更安全、更健康的工作环境; 7.管理经纪人、分支机构和业务合作伙伴的里程碑和庆祝活动,为业务团队创造包容的文化环境。 Requirements: 1.1-2 years’ experience in sales or operational support role; 2.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; 3.Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure; 4.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint); 5.Working knowledge of Salesforce or any database system is highly regarded; 6.Proficiency in English. 岗位要求: 1.1-2年销售或运营支持工作经验; 2.优秀的沟通和利益相关者管理技能; 3.工作积极主动,有较强的解决问题能力和抗压能力; 4.熟练使用Office办公软件(Word、Excel、PowerPoint); 5.具备Salesforce或任何数据库系统的工作知识; 6.英语可作为工作语言。
