岗位职责 1.Engaging with distributors and end-users in the territory to help develop and close business opportunities to exceed agreed sales targets. 与区域内的经销商和终端用户合作,积极开发商业机会,超额完成既定的销售目标 2.Providing sales and technical advice and support for OEMs, distributors and end user customers. 为OEM、经销商和终端客户提供销售支持和专业技术建议 3.Supporting customers throughout the sales process which will involve travel, meetings, negotiating pricing and terms, producing quotations, follow up and closing etc. 根据客户需求,安排出差访问、组织会议、协商价格、制定报价单以及整个订单的追踪跟进 4.Use of CRM to record all opportunities and update status at every stage of the sales process. 使用CRM记录销售过程中每个阶段的所有机会并及时更新状态 5.Developing and identifying new sources of strategic business growth and development. 开发和制定新的战略发展渠道 6.Collaborate with Territory managers to cross-sell into end-users that are already Peak customers. 与区域经理合作,进一步开发毕克已有用户需求
岗位要求 1.College degree or above 全日制大专及以上学历 2.Chemistry or similar related scientific subject 化学及其他相关科学专业 3.At least 1 year sales experience in China 至少一年中国区销售经验 4.Experience of managing personal sales targets 具备管理个人销售目标经验 5.Relevant background with a good understanding of Scientific industry 具备相关行业背景,对科学仪器行业有一定的了解 6.Good command of English 良好的英语能力 7.Proficient user of PC desktop applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, other) 精通办公软件 8.Working knowledge of organizing and presenting information 具有整合资讯和数据库的工作技能 9.Thorough understanding of product lineup, working principle and application uses. 对产品阵容、工作原理和应用用途有深入的了解
