61 Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or related disciplines(mold major is preferred);
61 Minimum 8 years experience, at least 4 years in mold development experience, automotive industry or mold design experience are preferred;
61 Familiar with insert-molding, full automation molding line and molding machine operation(with IC-over molding technology is preferred);
61 Have statistic data analysis for molding data analysis and improvement , Familiar with scientific molding is Plus;
61 Familiar with CAD or Pro-E or UG software application ( Knowledge of Moldflow analysis is preferred) ;
61 Good knowledge in tool making, tool-steel application/selection ;
61 Excellent problem solving technique& be good at learning from lesson learn by other mold engineers& be interested in new technology;
61 Have good communication skills and management experience for mold supplier;
61 Experience in monitoring cavity pressure using pressure sensors is preferred;
61 Good at English language ability in reading, writing and speaking;
61 Have a sense of responsibility, integrity, resistant to pressure.
