Job Responsibilities: 1. Prepare accounting vouchers based on original vouchers, be responsible for the accounting of expense items, current account items, salary review and accrual, inventory and asset item accounting, labor hour and expense allocation, various accruals and amortizations for bookkeeping, etc. Cooperate to complete the closing work and conduct cost accounting in the ERP system. 2. Issue financial statements and footnotes, consolidated statements and accounting statements within 10 working days at the beginning of each month. 3. According to relevant national regulations, conduct tax registration, alteration, declaration, payment of taxes, invoice issuance, and handle export tax rebates for manufacturing enterprises. 4. Be responsible for the collection of research and development expenses and the sorting and archiving of supporting documents for additional deductions. 5. Be responsible for expense review, and review reimbursement forms accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with the employee handbook. 6. Conduct the clearance work of personal loans in accordance with the company's financial management system, collect payments for settlement in a timely manner, and clear the company's current accounts in a timely manner to avoid long-term outstanding accounts. 7. Be responsible for reconciling accounts with suppliers and customers, and be responsible for maintaining invoices, loans, contracts, and current accounts. 8. According to the asset management system, register detailed accounts of fixed assets, intangible assets and memorandum accounts of low-value consumables. 9. Be responsible for the inventory count at the end of the month and the supervision of bank deposits. 10. According to relevant national regulations, report financial data to relevant government departments such as the Bureau of Statistics and conduct annual industrial and commercial inspections in a timely manner. 11. Review the accounting voucher processing of the cashier and assist the financial manager in sorting out and standardizing various business processes. 12. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Qualifications: 1. Majoring in financial management, accounting and other related majors, with a bachelor's degree or above. Have work experience in foreign enterprises, foreign trade, international trade, be able to communicate orally in English independently, and review English contracts and expenses independently. 2. Have more than 5 years of financial work experience, and more than 3 years of general ledger and tax-related work experience. Those with more than 2 years of cost accounting work experience in high-tech enterprises, manufacturing enterprises or equipment manufacturing enterprises are preferred. Have an intermediate or above professional title. 3. Be proficient in the accounting of the Kingdee ERP system, and be familiar with relevant national laws, regulations, financial, tax and other related knowledge. 4. Have an understanding of work analysis methods, and master basic computer operation skills and office software operation skills. 5.
