61 Leads Agile practices & processes, advising Agile teams to ensure highly functional and productive teams 61 Proactively removes obstacles for the squad & escalates where necessary; focuses the team on value creation 61 Promotes staff liquidity to remove skill gaps and internal dependencies 61 Supports and models appropriate agile practices to improve squad performance 61 Coaches the squad on the Agile principles & practices, from writing useful user stories to managing the backlog 61 Actively participates in sprints and partners with Product Owners to enable the delivery of prioritized features 61 Acts as a servant leader to the team (not the ‘boss’) 61 Fosters a collaborative culture and ensure the team regularly celebrates success 61 Facilitates team meetings and handles logistics 61 Facilitates squad level obstacle removal, e.g. resourcing, staffing, and orchestrates communication with stakeholders 61 Guides and empower the flow of a cross-functional feature team, providing a clear view of success and removing obstacles towards that end 61 Provides continual visibility into feature delivery, ensuring the right people are engaged at the right time 61 Collaborates with software engineers, platform engineers, Product Owners, and engineering leadership to uncover pain points and opportunities to accelerate the delivery of new value through software 61 Has the experience in Agile Coach is preferred 61 Certificate in Agile is preferred
