工作职责: · 承担行李处理系统高层应用控制软件的技术支持,维护以及运行支持等工作;技术服务涵盖行李系统高层应用软件与行李系统内部各项子系统的接口通讯(如:低层电气控制系统,PLC通讯系统,高架立库系统),与机场航站楼内其他生产子系统的接口通讯接口(如:离港系统,航班系统,安检系统,火警系统等); Technical support, maintenance and supervise operator on BHS Application Software, inter-logistic interface with electronic control system, ASRS system, etc, intra-logistic interface with all other application/process in Airport Terminal operation, such as Departure Customer system, Flight info System, Safety Check, Fire Alert, etc. · 执行IT 基础架构各项设施,如硬件、Linux, Windows操作系统、Oracle数据库、虚拟化软件Vmware、集群服务器、网络和通信系统维护; Maintain and improve IT Infra hardware, software, servers, databases and controls on site, network and communication systems related to the automated bag handling system as scoped in service contract. · 不断优化故障响应时间,并根据整个行李系统运行状态,并指导PLC及电气工程师处理IT控制以及高层应用等任务; Decreases response time when controls appear to have problems,and guides the PLC &EM to solve the problem based on the status of the whole system. · 当客户需要时,向其相关人员提供专业且具有说服力的论据; Offer professional arguments as the basis for making choices and for convincing the people concerned. · 在全球(荷兰/英国)服务热线的支持下,配合完成现场所有IT和高层应用控制类的服务工作; Cooperative with Global Service helpdesk to delivery IT related service issues (incident, troubleshooting, Change, problem analysis, etc ) · 执行高层控制系统的维护性保养; Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of system software. · 响应并跟进上海服务中心和全球服务中心对高层控制及IT相关问题的现场故障排除和实施最终解决方案; Response and follow up with Service Center in Shanghai and Global service desk for site troubleshooting and final solution implementation onto HLC & IT related problem. · 执行上级经理临时安排的任务。 Carry out other tasks assigned by line manager. 任职资格: · 较流利的英文口语和书面表达能力; Fluent verbal and written English communication skill · 计算机、网络或信息技术专业大专及以上学历,具备Oracle 数据库应用与维护的技术能力,了解基本的云平台工作知识(如iaas,paas),具备对虚拟化产品的应用经验(openstack,kvm,vsphere); College degree or above in computer, network or information technology, with basic knowledge of Oracle Datbase · 较强的沟通协调能力和抗压能力; Professional coordination capabilities & communication management, able to work under and cope with pressure. · 在项目实施阶段,参与并配合项目团队实施项目高层应和ICT设备安装、调试、测试以及功能验证等任务。项目阶段遵循正常工作日班排班方式; Attend project phase, to involve and cooperative with project engineers to delivery installation, commissioning, test, verification job, with routine daily shift · 在售后服务阶段,根据机场运营的要求,执行24小时轮班,如果需要,可灵活临时调整工作表。 During Routine Service Phase, to attend Shift job require according the requirement of Airport operation, might be 24 hours in different shift. Flexibility to temporarily adjust schedule if needed.
