1.2. General Activities in this Service Digital Workplace: ● Provide initial technical support for users via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems.This includes but not limited for troubleshooting hardware, software, network issues, and user access problems. ● Assist with the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of user devices such as desktops, laptops, external monitors, docking stations, scanner, printers, telephony & conferencing devices and mobile devices. ● Responsible for local DW asset management, ensuring asset inventory updated in time and data accuracy. ● Conduct regular public DW assets check (meeting rooms, big screens, ATVs, etc), proactively detect issues and perform fix actions or report to asset manager for 3rd party repair. ● Install, update, and configure software applications according to company standards and end-user requirements. ● Help with the initial setup of user accounts, password resets, and managing user authentication methods (e.g., multi-factor authentication). ● Provide training to employees on how to use office tools, software, and hardware devices effectively. ● Resolve basic software-related issues, such as application crashes, error messages, or slow performance. ● Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to core or higher support teams.Ensure timely follow-up and communication with users regarding issue resolution status. ● Provide local meeting and event support if required. ● Attend DW activities (sharing session, regular meeting, etc.) ● Assist as DW L2 engineer if any support is required from any project.
Infrastructure Server Hosting: ● Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, patch management, and performance tuning. ● Administer Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) systems, ensuring proper installation,configuration, and system updates. ● Monitor system health and resource usage (CPU, memory, disk, network) for both Windows and Red Hat servers, addressing performance issues as they arise. ● Manage and monitor VMware vSphere infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and scalability of virtual environments. ● Administer and maintain backup solutions, ensuring regular backups of critical virtual machines and data. ● Perform system restores and data recovery operations as needed, ensuring minimal downtime and data loss. ● Develop and maintain automation scripts (e.g., PowerShell, Java or Python) to streamline administrative tasks, improve server management efficiency, and reduce human error. ● Implement configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible) to standardize system configurations and ensure consistency across all servers. ● Provide support for operating system issues, including updates, settings, and user account management (e.g., Windows). ● Maintain up-to-date documentation on system configurations, network setups, security policies, and operational procedures.
Infrastructure Network: ● Configure and manage EVPN and VXLAN to support data center interconnects, multi-tenancy, and network segmentation. ● Administer Cisco and Arista switches, including configuration, software updates, and performance tuning. ● Configure, deploy, and manage Aruba wireless access points (APs), ensuring optimal coverage, performance, and security across the network. ● Manage and troubleshoot Aruba Central for centralized management, monitoring, and configuration of wireless networks. ● Investigate and resolve network issues in a timely manner, including connectivity problems, network slowdowns, and system outages. ● Troubleshoot routing issues and ensure efficient operation of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking protocols (e.g., OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, MPLS). Manage network switches, bridges, and routers. ● Manage the network architecture, ensuring optimal configuration for high-performance, reliable, and secure switching environments. ● Implement and maintain redundancy protocols such as HSRP and VRRP for critical network paths. ● Monitor system alerts and events through monitoring tools and report any irregularities or issues to the appropriate team. Use network monitoring tools (e.g., Zabix, Nagios) to assess network performance.
Qualification Requirement: ● Education: MUST HAVE University Bachelor degree in major of Electronics Science or Computer Science ● Education: MUST HAVE More than 7 years’ experience in Information Technology ● Certifications: MUST HAVE CCIE R&S or Arista ACE-P ● Certifications: ITIL certification is preferred ● Technical Skills: MUST have proficient knowledge in EVPN VXLAN technology, with the ability to configure and troubleshoot. ● Technical Skills: MUST have profound knowledge in Cisco and Arista switches and routers ● Technical Skills: MUST have experience with Aruba WiFi solution ● Technical Skills: MUST have profound knowledge in VMware Vsphere ● Technical Skills: MUST have profound knowledge in Windows server and Linux server ● Technical Skills: Must have profound knowledge in Windows 10 or 11 OS ● Technical Skills: Proficient in writing scripts using Java or Python for IT operations and system administration tasks ● Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of data backup solution such as Veritas Netbackup ● Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Palo Alto firewall ● Basic Skills: Basic communication skills in English, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening. ● Soft Skills: Good communication skills with both local people and foreigners
