Job Requirements:
· Project and development experience with Java, .Net or other language at least 8 years.
· 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect in the technology industry.
· Be able to complete POC and ENV setup independently.
· Excellent communication and documentation skills in both Chinese and English.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Proficient in software development methodologies such as Agile and DevOps.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Have a deep understanding of modern architecture principles, cloud platforms, and software development methodologies.
· Fluent in oral English.

Optional:
· Experience with enterprise-level systems integration.
· Certifications in cloud architecture.
· Familiar with data management and analytics solutions.
· Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
· Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements.
· Able to work as a tech lead to lead a team to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:
· Understand users’ requirements with BA.
· Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, translate them into technical solutions and prepare technical specification.
· Design and document technical architectures that align with business objectives and technical standards.
· System design for both function and performance.
· Develop and maintain roadmaps for technology initiatives, including migration strategies.
· Lead technical design reviews and ensure adherence to architectural standards.
· Work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation of architectural designs.
· Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and engineers.
· Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to inform architectural decisions.
· Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient technology solutions that meet our clients' needs.
