Key Tasks and Responsibilities : 1、Role in brand strategy cascading to regions :
Marketing strategy & materials training in region; Coordinate for CMKT projects implement effectively in region, communicate closely with CMKT & sales team to plan, prepare, execute, monitor these projects;
2、Role in regional market management
Collect and analysis regional information to localize brand strategy Develop and implement regional action plan to support region professional promotion Engage regional kols to build product related concept Plan and control budgets within phasing
3、Role as the bridge between regional and central
Feedback regional information ,like policy, generics, price, reimbursement, competitors ,to central marketing Communicate customer unmet needs ,sales activities suggestion with central marketing
Requirements and Qualifications: 1、Bachelor degree or above majored in medicine/pharmacy; 2、At least 5 years' experience in Sales / Marketing, with big pharm or joint venture company will be preferred; 3、Good regional product management experience will be preferred; 4、Good medical knowledge and POA execution; 5、Excellent at innovation, planning, follow-up, problem solving and organization; 6、Good team spirit, coaching and motivating skills, strong ability in communication and leadership; 7、Good command of English at listening, speaking, reading and writing.
