Primary Responsibilities主要职责
Responsible for new business development and existing customer management, for key strategic accounts assigned. 负责新业务开发和现有客户管理,分配关键战略客户。 Build and maintain good and beneficial relationship on key client base to exploit needs and business opportunities. 在关键客户群中建立并保持良好和有益的关系,以利用需求和商机。 Grow sales revenue by identifying and closing regional solid control and waste management opportunities with existing customers as well as new prospects in south China. 通过识别和关闭现有客户以及华南地区新客户的区域固体控制和废物管理机会来增加销售收入。 Ensure sales compliance process including contract management, uprate sales performance tracking. 确保销售合规流程,包括合同管理,提高销售绩效跟踪。 Develop and maintain knowledge of the market trends and issues. 发展和保持对市场趋势和问题的了解。
Qualifications任职要求
Bachelor degree or above. 本科及以上学历。 10 years experiences in oil & gas sector, 5 or above years sales role. 10年以上油气行业工作经验,5年以上销售工作经验。 Knowledge of key industry players in south China especially Sichuan. 了解中国南方特别是四川的主要行业参与者。 Outstanding ability to understand business problems. 出色的理解业务问题的能力。 Solid knowledge on drilling operations. 对钻井作业有扎实的知识。 Ability to develop and deliver presentations and verbal communications to diverse groups. 能够为不同的群体进行演讲和口头交流。 Be good to travel across South China for business ,20-50% each month. 适合出差到华南地区,每月20-50%。 Excellent communication and persuasion skills in team collaborative circumstances. 在团队协作环境中具有出色的沟通和说服能力。 Workable English and mandarin. 精通英语及普通话。
