工作职责/ Job Description: 1. Supervise and lead a dedicated sales team with 6-8 people in Chengdu and Sichuan province with full budget responsibility according to our Customer Relation Management guidelines; 2. Support and motivate sales engineers; 3. Be familiar with Automation industry, to discover, identify and develop new business opportunities; 4. Build a steady customer group and keep good relationship with customers. Be able to predict and solve problems in time; 5. Conduct training, seminars and sales presentations to customers and coordinate our marketing activities like exhibitions advertisement, mailings with the respective support teams; 6. Be responsible for making regional sales plan, and assist to achieve company goal. 1. 在成都和四川省管理并领导一个6-8 人的优良团队,对区域内所有工作负责; 2. 支持并激励销售工程师; 3. 熟悉自动化行业市场,有能力利用公司现有资源发现、鉴别并发展新的商机; 4. 建立稳固的客户网络,保持公司与客户间的良好关系,能够预见并及时解决与客户之间的矛盾; 5. 管理针对客户的培训、研讨和销售推广,协调营销活动例如:展会,广告等等; 6. 负责制定区域销售计划,协助实现公司总体目标。
任职要求/Job Requirement: 1. Bachelor degree or above in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering; 2. Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales of Factory Automation products; 3. Have strong personality, with at least 3-5 years of management experience; 4. Have strong consciousness about team collaboration; 5. Good communication and expression skills; 6. Good command of English in writing and reading, and fluent oral English required as well; 7. Broad of customer group and be able to work under pressure; 8. Work with initiative and passion, and have a burning desire for success. 1. 电气/电子/机械工程或相关的本科或以上教育背景; 2. 8年以上工厂自动化销售经验; 3. 3-5年以上管理经验; 4. 有很强的团队合作意识; 5. 具有好的沟通和表达能力; 6. 优秀的英语读写能力和流利的口语; 7. 广泛的客户群,能够承受工作压力; 8. 对工作主动、热情,具有强烈的成功欲望。
