Responsibilities: Responsible for the Inland Transport, Rail as well as Air Freight operation of project logistics cargo. Liaise with customers and vendors/co-loaders for cargo operation issues. Booking with trucking company. Liaise with trucking company and customers to reasonably arrange road transportation vehicles, routes, etc. Booking railway shipments. Liaise with railway team, customers and domestic/foreign co-loaders to reasonably arrange railway routes, time and cost, etc. Booking spaces with co-loaders of air freight (if any). Liaise with customers and relevant offices and advise the shipment status. Arrange customs clearance for both import and export. Monitor transportation progress in real-time and report any abnormal situations during the transportation process promptly to ensure the smooth completion of road transportation tasks. Enter data in Ops systems and prepare relevant reports as required. Check bills, monthly statements and job closing and issue invoice to customer or overseas office. Assist Finance in management of accounts receivable, strictly control the receivables timely. Other tasks as required by manager. Academic Qualifications College/ University Graduates, preferably major in in logistics management, transportation, supply chain management or other related majors.
Experiences/Knowledge/Skills: 3+years of experience in handling rail, inland transportation. Experience of handling air freight cargo is a plus. Knowledge for handling procedures of freight import/export. Knowledge of Trade net Declaration for Import & Export Knowledge of inland transport and rail transportation regulations and cargo transportation insurance. Understanding of common INCOTERMS Independent and ability to work under tight timeline Good Interpersonal & Communication Skills Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.). Good command of English skill (verbal & writing).
