4. Vibration test issue address,vibration fixture review,lead test projects as lab contact window to prepare all related resource to ensure project testing completion on time.

What You Will Do
1. Responsible for all projects vibration fixture design/FEA review, ensure fixture characteristic well and setup correct.
2. Focus on addressing vibration related test issue and respond to customer inquires about it.
3. Ensure (vibration)test methods correctly, align with global labs testing procedure, and ensure all execution processes are based on relevant guiding documents (SOP).
4. Seek and make improvement opportunity on vibration test field.
5. Dealing with common faults of shaker.
6. Review test plan with local/global team and manage test projects according to lab workflow, ensure project testing completion on time.
7. Review and summery test data/results.
8. Communicate with Commercial lab for outsource testing.
9. Train test engineer/technicians on testing procedures.
10. Support the ISO17025 lab quality management system.
11. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
1. Degree in Engineering from a recognized university or technical institute.
2. Min 5 years’ experience working in vibration testing.
3. Familiar with test principles, equipment and understanding of theories related to vibration testing.
4. Good communication skills.
5. Good reliability test knowledge.
6. Complex problem analysis and solving skill.
7. Good computer skills and knowledge of Windows/MS Office applications.

What Will Put You Ahead
1. Mechanical bachelor’s degree.
2. Experience working in automotive industry/product reliability.
3. Understand USCAR-2, GWM3191, VW75174 standard.
4. Good English skills in speaking, well English skills in reading & writing.
5. Presentation skills.
6. Knowledge of failure analysis.
