Job Description:
1. Responsible for process trouble shooting, related preventive action implement
2. Responsible for SWR lot support in line daily
3. Responsible for take continued actions for yield improvement, cost reduction
4. Implements process and equipment optimization to improve production efficiency
5. Provide technical support to new process development/Production issue
6. Develop die bond or wire bond technology for some necessary packages

Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor's degree and above, At least 5 years’ experiences in die bond or wire bond field
2. Good communication skills and team work spirit, Strong sense of responsibility & dedication,
3. Must be independent and self-motivated
4. English capability in writing, reporting and communication
5. Familiar with computer and Microsoft Office, especially in PPT and Excel
