Job Description: This role will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by implementing local and store events to support retail store generate sales leads and increase conversion rate. Key Responsibilities: ● Proactively collect market resource, including shopping mall Pop up location availability, rental info. etc. so to react quickly to the request from store sides. ● To ensure that all local marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives. ● Collaborate with central Retail Marketing team and cross-functional teams to develop and execute local and store marketing activities to drive traffic, sales, and referrals. ● Analyze local market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities and format for local marketing activities. ● Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and customers. ● Manage local vendor, budgets and timelines, to ensure all local retail marketing initiatives can be executed smoothly on a timely basis. ● Ensure that all marketing materials are consistent with brand guidelines and messaging provided by the company. Qualifications: ● At least 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or customer service. ● Excellent communication and organizational skills. ● Can travel frequently
