岗位职责 Key responsibilities Identify trends relevant to key account activity and develops strategies and actions that drive competitive advantage in solution spec-in & service delivery Drives and facilitates strategic agreements with key account customers Work with the regional sales group to implement the strategic agreement, improve key projects’ win rate to deliver incremental sales Develop new channel with national capability, track and close identified opportunities to deliver sales, including direct sell. Establishes and maintains relationships with key person of key accounts to support the key projects. Ensure accurate, up-to-date & comprehensive records/data of Key Accounts projects, key personnel are properly managed in a structured manner. Regularly visit architects and demonstrate our products, solutions and projects, and organize architects seminars to expand business opportunities. Leverages competitive selling advantages through the selling process, providing consultative solutions that are specified and converted to orders for products. Carries out other duties in the company’s interest as directed by management. Carries out all duties safely and with consideration of environmental impact, understands and works within the company values, compliance system and Code of Business Conduct. Key Account definition: National owners, developers, major franchise operations, major office /industry/healthcare /education/ restaurant chains, top decoration contractors (selective), major area owners, etc.
