As a Chef in our Taste & Wellbeing Division, you will deliver the best culinary concepts and experience; through working closely with FC&A to provide innovative prototypes/demos, recommendations to internal and external customers. Support local sales and business development initiatives. Execute all projects allocated to your work queue; focus on supporting the FS segment and other GOLD opportunities and key customers. In this exciting role you will work on: 61 Provide & propose new ideas, concept and culinary experience to meet customer requirement 61 Demonstrate our Taste Solutions and dishes to inspire flavour development and creation. 61 Work closely as a team with flavorists, seasoning creators, application technologist, sales and marketing through collaboration, demonstrating, evaluating and discussing cuisine concepts. Support integrate solution for food service customer by provide chef’s recipe for technologist to translate into industrial version. 61 Transform knowledgeable and creative food trends into ideas for retail and foodservice; ie thru marinades, snacks, sauces & soups and processed meats 61 Connect culinary inspired concepts into food and beverages segments. 61 Operate equipment used in Food Service and Food Processing equipment for sweet and savoury products. 61 Participate in presentation and meet up with customers (ideations, demos & adopt cooking recipes to bench top formulations) 61 Work on other Culinary tasks (ie. beverage, baked goods, confectionery, dairy) as assigned by the Manager

Your professional profile includes: 61 Solid experience in Chinese cuisines (prefer Sichuan cuisine) 61 Solid experience in food development for QSR or HRC channel 61 International culinary experience a plus 61 Good command in English both written & spoken 61 Proficiency in Windows and computer literate
