Accountabilities 61 Develop and implement media strategies tailored to China's media landscape, enhancing brand relevance. 61 Oversee 3+ reach planning for TV/OTV/OTT, utilizing tools from media research firms such as CMS and Miaozhen to ensure effective planning and optimal tool usage. 61 Handle planning and execution for digital and OOH media. 61 Oversee spot plan management and ensure KPI alignment with AOP. 61 Monitor and optimize campaign performance, coordinating with BU media teams and agencies to ensure success. 61 Conduct post-campaign management, including media performance tracking, post-buy governance, and performance reviews. 61 Support planning for annual operation plan, master plan, and competitor analysis, etc. 61 Assist the media lead in executing various projects as needed. 61 Mentor junior colleagues in campaign planning and provide ongoing support. 61 Ensure accurate internal support for monthly campaign trafficking, maintaining alignment with client-specific strategic directions. Key Skills/Experience Required 61 Expertise in brand media strategy planning with experience in 2C industries such as FMCG, e-commerce, 3C, and 4A media agencies. 61 Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and grow relationships, influence without authority, and navigate a matrix organization. 61 Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, demanding, and deadline-driven environments. 61 Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese and English is a must. 61 Bachelor’s degree or higher. 61 4+ years of experience in media strategy and planning. 61 Excellent project management and organizational alignment skills. 61 Strong attention to detail.
