Your Job Responsible for VAS products validation/reliability testing as the owner/contact window to cooperate with Shanghai design center, mentoring and training technicians, solving related testing problems.
What You Will Do 1. Prepare resources for related antenna testing (instruments, methods, fixtures, etc.) 2. Review reliability/antennas testing technical requirements/plan, create testing SOP based on test standard. 3. Implementation of new method validation for all VAS products to ensure test methodology correctly. 4. Align with global labs testing procedure and ensure all execution processes are based on relevant guiding documents. 5. Review test plan with local/global team and manage test projects according to lab workflow, ensure project testing completion on time. 6. Train test engineer/technicians on testing procedures. 7. Review and summery test data/results. 8. Communicate with Commercial lab for outsource testing. 9. Support the ISO17025 lab quality management system. 10. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) 1. Degree in Engineering from a recognized university or technical institute. 2. Min 3 years’ experience working in Antennas/Microwave 3. Engineering/Communication Engineering, or related fields. 4. Extensive experience in antenna design, simulation, Or testing, with a deep understanding of the RF antenna field product and technology. 5. Skilled in using test instruments like network analyzer, spectrum analyzer, signal generators, and anechoic chambers. 6. Proficient in Radiation Gain, VSWR, Noise Figure, FM/AM. 7. Intermodulation (IM2/IM3). 8. Rich experiences on electrical test device and test platform setup. 9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, team spirit, and a sense of responsibility. 10. Good communication skills. 11. Good English skills in reading, writing and listening. 12. Good computer skills and knowledge of Windows/MS Office applications. 13. Good at planning and execution. 14. Complex problem analysis and solving skill.
What Will Put You Ahead 1. Radio/Electronic/Communications Technology bachelor’s degree. 2. Experience working in automotive industry/product reliability. 3. Familiar with automotive antenna test standards. 4. Presentation skills, English speaking. 5. Reliability test experience. 6. Knowledge of failure analysis.
