Provide new fixture solutions with test engineer or other customer.

What You Will Do
1. Prepares CAD fixture design models and related documents which cover details, layouts and assemblies of new fixture design for support product validation test and new test standards.
2. Improve existing fixture, provide proposal design for possible improvement, to provide more accurate and stable test data.
3. Leads fixture design review meeting and fixture design detailing on required fixture design work; ensures the manufacturing feasibility for each detail of fixture.
4. Prepares fabrication details for test fixture to assist for outside fabrication and tracks fixture fabrication progress.
5. Leads the test fixture assembly and fixture debug (including critical dimensions review, functional verification…) until the fixture is qualified and transfer to test team.
6. Submitting repairing request to external supplier to repair the existing fixtures to meet new request.
7. Evaluate the feasibility of 3D printing to build suitable fixture or product model for customer.
8. Continuously monitor and evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance design efficiency and quality.
9. To carry out special assignments/projects as and when assigned by his/her supervisor.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
1. University degree in Mechanical engineering, Automation, Mold or equivalent, and above.
2. At least 3 year of mechanical design experience and application.
3. At least one 3D drawing software can be operated well, such as NX UG, SolidWorks, Pro / E, etc.
4. Mechanical design and tooling manufacturing technologies,materials, surface finish and GD&T knowledges.
5. Adopt a professional attitude towards work and assume full responsibility for any project or tasks assigned.
6. Demonstrate good teamwork for overall success.
7. Good communication skills in both English and Chinese, and comfortable working in a global team environment.

What Will Put You Ahead
Background in the field of reliability laboratory is a plus.
