1. 1. Qualification:

61 University graduate, major in engineering.
61 At least 8 years experiences in manufacturing/process industry.
61 Strong orientation for continuous improvement.
61 Good knowledge for EHS & 5S management.
61 Good communication skills.
61 Good English skill.

1. 2. Responsibilities and duties:

61 Manage the production activities for entire production line of workshop.
61 Manage production planning according to company’s sales forecast and delivery schedule.
61 Analyze the production cost and keep working to reduce the cost.
61 Responsible for EHS & 5S management of production team/area to compliance with group procedures and local rules.
61 Lead WCM program implementation and cost saving projects for Industrial Efficiency pillar.

2. 3. Results expected:
61 Meet EHS & 5S objectives set by company.
61 Ensure the achievement of the objectives in terms of productivity, quality and energy consumption.
61 Keep optimizing the team organization and improve the skills of employees.
61 Keep the cost of consumables under the budget.
61 Ensure WCM program implementation to meet WCM roadmap and the objective of cost saving.

4. Context:

61 The position is based in Chengdu.
61 Production team is composed of around 30 people.
61 The working language will be Mandarin and English.
61 The job is based in office and workshop, and overtime work may be needed.
